Eating out in London is always exciting as there is so many restaurants to choose from.  However the problem that I seem to come across is, Which one does the best food and has the coolest decor (which for a blogger is priority) We all want to walk out and be able to say, not only have I just have good food, a great experience and a dinner to remember. A friend who lives just outside of London, recently rang to say he was visiting London with his girlfriend and was looking for a cool restaurant to eat In and as  I had lived in London for over 2 years and had my fair share of delicious meals, he would appreciate my experience.

So I though I would like to also share with you, a small selection of some of my favourite restaurants.

This is one of the coolest restaurants I have ever dined In.  With 5 trendy themed rooms all bringing an unforgettable experience. The Gallery where you can enjoy some very delicious foods,  The Lecture Room & Library which is sophisticated, exclusive and has a Michelin star dining experience.  Two chilled out bar areas (The Parlour & Glade rooms) and finally to finish your night off with a little dancing is The East Bar where you can enjoy your last cocktail with some of you’re favourite tunes before you head home.

STK

This is one of my most recent restaurants which I enjoyed with a group of friends, Its slick design and tasty dishes defiantly made an impact and left me wanting to go back for more.  It fully blends the modern steakhouse with a chic lounge offering a dynamic fine dining experience. At weekends the lights go down, the music turns up and the champagne starts to flow. The perfect place to go when out with a group of friends.

 MNKY HSE

Newly opened in the heart of London,  MNKY HSE aka Monkey House is another really cool spot to dine. I was lucky to visited on the first week of opening and was amazed by the cool monkey themed bar and restaurant. Following the theme placed on each table on arrival was various types of tiny monkey toys which added a nice touch and also gave me something to take home to remember the beautiful Latin American cuisine they offered.

The Ivy

This again is one of my most visited and enjoyable spots In London.  Recently refurbished from start to finish offers a luxury experience with a very cool chic vibe and old soul feel.  My favourite dish, which you must try If you visit yourself is, “The shepherds Pie”  Its to die for.   A shimmering central bar in the restaurant draws admiring attention, and the signature harlequin stained-glass really puts this restaurant on the map.

Hawksmoor

I took my parents to Hawksmore around 6 months ago, solely based on recommendation from a friend.  If you are a fan of steak like myself, then you have to try this place out for yourself, I think It has been my best to date. Cooked to perfection.
